Creature

1981

“Creature was Terry Hunter’s first investigation into the simultaneous performance of music and dance. The drum structure was worn by performer [Hunter] and integrated into a costume to create a visual gestalt, a persona, and a theatrical expression. It later evolved into Ireme with music composed by Cuban-Canadian composer, Sergio Barrosso.”
